ARTFUL EXPERIENCES

Immerse in beauty & care

A woman playing the flute in a bright, plant-filled room with large windows, seated on a yoga mat, with a music stand in front of her and another person relaxing on the floor.

"Jessi gave me gentle permission to tune out the noise in my life and tune into my peace. Her soft guidance through meditation felt like a warm hug from someone familiar. Her flute playing was like a lullaby to harken back to the times in life when we did not have to worry…just be."

An Afternoon of Artful Wellbeing

Our journey begins with intentional arrival and centering to invite grounding and embodiment. We’ll bask in gentle body and breath practices to cultivate presence and tap into sensory delight during a dedicated listening time. After an intermission for tea and mindful tasting, we'll share a meditation and enjoy deep rest through an extended sound nap–a time to completely relax and immerse in a live sonic landscape that I've created just for you!

It’s bespoke and beautiful—you’re invited to join us

“All parts of me had a place here.”

— Nikolai, he/his, Boston, MA

“This was both a place of stillness and a journey. My favorite part was feeling the freedom to listen and trust what my body was telling me–allowing me to slow down, speed up, or stay completely still, no matter what else was happening. I felt safe enough to choose because Jessi trusted each of us to trust ourselves. This was an opportunity to relish in stillness, serenity, and gratitude.”

— Sarah, she/her, Boston, MA
