Embody Mindfulness in Community
A weekly online wellbeing session to practice embodied mindfulness and build presence in community.
Wednesdays at 4pm ET on Zoom
Hold Space for Yourself sessions are about 30 min and include:
Guided Practice–gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation
Guided practice is an embodied experience to build presence and connect with your individual system. It’s a time to bask in simple care and connect with your inner radiance.
Community Reflection–a chance to say hello, ask a question, or share what your experience was like during the guided practice.
Community reflection shifts from individual practice into a relational practice. Hearing from others, through sharing or asking a question, often illuminates something in ourselves and offers a chance to integrate the experience together.
A few more details:
You're welcome to come for the whole session or slip away after the guided practice.
Come as you are--Join from your pajamas, office, studio, commute, or kitchen.
Attend any/all sessions that work for you.
