I help you listen in and be the center of your own attention so that you can live and flourish from a place of deep wellbeing.

Together, we’ll explore what inner care means to you as you become your own most reliable source of love and support in the noisy, busy world.

Learn to work with yourself, not on yourself.

Customized to your interests and priorities, we’ll tap into modalities including:

  • mindfulness meditation

  • gentle movement

You’ll make your biggest discoveries when we aren’t talking. And, I’ll be your guide to integrate your insights through conversation and thoughtful action.
