SUMMER HIGH TIDE YOGA

This movement series is inspired by the qualities of rising ocean tides—rhythmic and building movement alongside rising and churning energy. These moderate standing yoga sequences emphasize stability, balance, and breath while aiming to lift and circulate the energy of the body.

High Tide 1

This moderate standing yoga practice invites purposeful breathing and spinal mobility. Lunge and plank postures stimulate and circulate energy.

 

 

High Tide 2

A dynamic standing sequence emphasizes coordination of breath and simple repetitive movements. This full body yoga practice includes an opportunity to practice balance.

 

 

High Tide 3

This slow standing yoga practice begins with a centering and a variety of spinal movements, includes a warrior series to create strength and stability for the lower body, and concludes with a gentle balance challenge.
