  • Coaching is a space for trust, clarity, and resonance.

Our Foundation: A Living Agreement

In our first call, we’ll co-create a Living Document that includes:

  • How you best communicate and process

  • What kind of accountability feels supportive

  • Shared values and expectations

  • Logistical preferences

  • How we’ll navigate stuck points or challenge

This doc evolves with you. We’ll revisit it, honor it, and revise it as needed.

What Happens in a Session?

Every session is a supportive container for you to flow and explore. Our work flow is designed to offer a process you can relax into and trust.  Because with a solid, organized, and comfortable process, you’ll absolutely get results. 

  1. We ground. A brief embodied practice to arrive and ground.  

  2. We explore. Conversation, inquiry, reflection, pauses–all here to support your insight. And we integrate along the way with mindfulness, journaling, or visualization.

  3. We close intentionally. You’ll leave with:

    • Clear next steps

    • Self-directed actions

    • Any support you need to move forward

What Happens Between Sessions?

Reflection Space

  • Short and powerful mini writing prompts. Done after and before each session (ideally within 24 hours).

  • Help you build rhythm, self-awareness, and deepen your thinking

  • The more specific you are, the more aligned and useful our work becomes.

Customized Daily Practices 

  • Adaptable to your interests and preferences–might include journaling, breathing, gratitude, or mindful practices. .

  • Build awareness and reconnect with your inner landscape.

  • We'll adjust to your rhythm and needs over time.

How to Prepare

  • Bring a topic — even small things often reveal big patterns.

  • No topic? That’s okay, too. We’ll explore what’s present.

  • Stay open. This is process-based work.

  • Share feedback — your experience matters, and I’m here to help you feel both grounded and free.
